Had to do several sketches and then a final piece. I chose the top of Mount Robson. My wife and I made the epic hike up Berg Lake trail the year before.
This is the first painting I did in my first class. In a single class. I know some people would be all ‘poo poo’ about putting up your first crappy little painting, but you gotta start somewhere. Besides, I felt really accomplished after that class.
